There will not be any test or interview for admission to KG classes. For admission to LKG, a child must have completed 3½ years of age; 4½ years of age for UKG; 5½ years of age for class I on 1 June of the academic year in which admission is sought. After UKG the registration of the child to the 1st standard is a must before 15 April, without which continuity cannot be guaranteed. Those seeking admission to LKG/UKG/Class I should produce the original birth certificate of the child and those to other classes, must produce the Transfer certificate from the school last attended.
